There are so many sites out there that are simply just not up to scratch and need a bit of a mess around with before they are capable of actually keeping up with their competitors which is of course where web design come into it all.

If you are having broken links across the site I know for a fact that you will have people leaving simply because they cannot get to the places that they need to get too. If this is proving to be a problem to a visitor to the site then you know what they are going to be dong right? They will simply leave the site and go elsewhere.
